Our core business is to target exceptional individuals for key decision making roles. It is crucial that they will have specific skills and the culture fit that will enable them to contribute fully to our clients organisation.

The Process

  • In close liaison with our clients we compile a detailed job brief and candidate specification
  • Detailed and in-depth research is carried out using our industry contacts.
  • We fine tune this research through consultation with our client about  possible people and target organizations.
  • We conduct initial discussions and meetings with candidates employed in the industry to reduce our initial long list of approximately 200 to a short-list of 4-6 outstanding individuals. Our experience in the industry ensures that candidates are asked some searching questions.
  • Comprehensive candidate profiles and career assessments are submitted to our clients
  • We understand time pressures. You’ll want to see candidates quickly and expect them to be well prepared. We discuss the role fully with all short-listed candidates and ensure that they are briefed in detail.
  • We recognise that candidate’s ‘desire’ and ‘commitment’ to a new role are key criteria to a successful appointment. Unless individuals convince us of this,  we will not progress them to client interview stage.
  • We negotiate and advise on remunerations.
  • We check references.
  • Word travels fast in the media industry. As a professional company, we are committed to discretion and confidentiality on behalf of all parties.
  • We continue contact with both placed candidates and client organisations to ensure a smooth transition from one company to another is accomplished.
  • Our chief aim is to develop and foster long-term relationships with both client and candidate. Our future success relies upon it.
